Who Are We?

Our Action team is made up of over a dozen members from multiple community sectors including municipal, healthcare, arts, education, business, faith communities, families, and individuals with living with dementia.

To change the way people in Southington think, act, and talk about dementia.

We are accomplishing this by:

  • Delivering Dementia Friends information sessions.
  • Developing Dementia Friends Champions.
  • Providing dementia friends training to community sectors.
